Please read this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), as it will help you understand what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding your information.

Pixobot, Inc. d/b/a Quantified Ag provides this Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of products and services (individually and collectively, the “Services”) through a website, (the “Web Site”). This Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Web Site. This Policy does not apply to information you provide to any third party service provider(s) related to or whose services are incorporated into the Web Site (“Third Parties”); information you provide to a Third Parties shall be controlled by their respective privacy policies.


In this Policy, the terms “Administrator,” “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to Pixobot, Inc. d/b/a Quantified Ag, a Delaware corporation. The terms “you”, “your”, or “User” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Policy.

Administrator, in its sole and absolute discretion, may change or modify this Policy, and any policies or agreements which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Web Site. No revision or update will apply to a dispute which Administrator had actual notice of on the date Administrator posts the changes or modifications. Administrator will notify you of such changes or modifications by posting them to the Web Site, and your use of the Web Site or the services provided through the Web Site after such changes or modifications have been posted (as indicated by a “Last Revised” date) shall constitute your acceptance of the Policy was last revised. If you do not agree with the Policy was last revised, do not use (or continue to use) the Web Site or the services.


Why We Collect Information

We collect information to identify you as our customer, to establish, manage and protect your account, to create and offer you products and services you might be interested in, and to offer you use of various Services.

Non-Identifying Information

We may collect information from your visit or as part of the registration and administration of your account, in order to personalize and improve upon your experience with us, such as, without limitation, age and individual preferences (“Non-Identifying Information”).

The Web Site may use cookies for navigational purposes. A cookie is a small text file placed on your hard drive (not on the Web Site) by a web page server. Cookies make your Internet experience quicker and more convenient.  You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but some parts of the Web Site may not work properly if you do. Accepting a cookie from the Web Site does not give us access to any of your Personally Identifiable Information.  You may be able to set up your Web browser to inform you when cookies are created or to prevent cookies from being created.

When you visit the Web Site, whether as a registered or non-registered User, our servers may automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol address, the browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Web Site, pages of our Web Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Web Site, access times and dates, and other statistics.

In addition to Log Data, we may also collect information about the device you are using to access Administrator services, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, geo-location data, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. Check the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider to learn more about what information your device makes available to us.

Personal Information

When you register with us through the Web Site to become a User of Administrator services, we may ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, username, phone number, email address, and shipping address. We may also collect information you supply to us regarding your personal preferences and interests. You can choose not to provide us with any or all of the information we specify or request, but then you may not be able to register with us or to take advantage of some or all of our features.

We use your Personal Information to provide the Services and administer your inquiries. We will create your Account for your use of the Web Site based upon the Personal Information you provide and you will become a User of Administrator services.

Service Information

Administrator provides Services through the Web Site.  In particular, if a User has licensed biometric sensing tags (“Hardware”) and software that displays data collected from the Hardware (“Software”) pursuant to the terms of a Master Agreement, the User will be able to access the Software from their Web Site account.  The ownership of Data (as that term is defined in the Master Agreement), including information collected and displayed by the Hardware and Software, will be governed by the terms of the Master Agreement between User and Administrator.  The administrator will use the Data in accord with this Privacy Policy and the Master Agreement.  In the event that the terms of the Master Agreement and this Privacy Policy conflict, the terms of the Master Agreement shall apply.

Collection Notice

Your information may be transferred to and stored on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Administrator transfers Personal Information to the United States and processes it there. Your consent to this Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.


Uses of Information

Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) in a way that enables you to be identified. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other non-identifying information (for example, your viewing preferences). We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other Users to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Administrator services and to analyze and understand how our Web Site and services are used. We may also use the combined information without aggregating it to serve you specifically, for instance, to deliver a product to you according to your preferences or restrictions.

We may also use your Personal Information to contact you with Administrator newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or update your “preferences” information.

We may use Log Data to monitor and analyze use of the Web Site and services for the Web Site’s technical administration, to increase our Web Site’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor our Web Site to our visitors’ needs. For example, some of this information may be collected so that when you visit the Web Site again, it may recognize you and serve advertisements and other information appropriate to your interests. We also reserve the right to use this information to verify that visitors to the Web Site meet the criteria required to process their requests. We do not treat Log Data as Personal Information or use it in association with other Personal Information, though we may aggregate, analyze and evaluate such information for the same purposes as stated regarding other Non-Identifying Information.

Disclosures of Information

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, to provide the services on our behalf, to perform Web Site-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Web Site’s features) to assist us in analyzing how our Web Site and services are used, or to perform other services (e.g., without limitation, sending postal mail and e-mail, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service). These third parties may have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf; provided, however, that if you are redirected to a site or application maintained by a third party, the privacy policy of such site or application will control the use of any information you provide.

The administrator may cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including, but not limited to, subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Administrator or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

The administrator may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.  Further, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, Administrator will use and license the Data and Processed Data (as those terms are defined in the Master Agreement) in accord with the Master Agreement.



We may make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Web Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

Choice and Control

All Users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their Account by contacting us or by editing such profile via the Site. If you completely delete all such information, then your Account may become deactivated. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Links to Other Sites

Our Web Site may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit an advertiser by “clicking on” a banner ad or other type of advertisement or click on another third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that we link to a website or present a banner ad or other type of advertisement is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third-party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.


We do utilize social plug-ins from social networking sites (e.g. Twitter, Google+) that connect our website with the social plug-ins’ platform, so you have a more integrated user experience. These social plug-ins collect information from you when you visit our Website.  The type of information and use of this information is governed by each social-plugins’ respective terms of use and privacy policy.  For more information, please consult the relevant policy for the respective social networking site.  Further, Administrator may share Non-Identifying Information and Personal Information with such integrated social media sites.

Children’s Privacy

This Web Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us using the information below (“How to Contact Administrator”). If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
